Anki Audio Extractor
Extract all audio files from any Anki .apkg package to a folder of your choice.
Features Adds a menu item to Anki’s Tools menu: Extract Audio from Package Lets you select any .apkg file. Prompts you to choose an output directory. Extracts all audio files (.mp3, .ogg, .wav, .m4a) from the package’s media. Shows a summary of how many files were extracted and where. How to Use Install the addon (see below). Restart Anki. Go to Tools → Extract Audio from Package. Select your .apkg file. Choose a folder to save the audio files. Done! The audio files will be extracted to your chosen folder. Installation Download the latest release from AnkiWeb or GitHub. In Anki, go to Tools → Add-ons → Get Add-ons Copy and paste the share code. Restart Anki. Compatibility Works with Anki 2.1.50 and newer (including Anki 23/24/25). Tested on Windows, and macOS. Support GitHub Repository (Report issues, request features, or contribute!) License
