Guided Breathing Breaks for Anki
Take breathing breaks without losing your study flow.
This add-on introduces short guided breathing sessions after a configurable number of reviewed cards. It is designed to help reduce study stress, refresh your focus, and prevent burnout during long Anki sessions.
Instead of pushing through fatigue, you’ll get gentle reminders to pause, breathe, and reset — then continue studying with a clearer mind.
