It works silently in the background to ensure that your carefully customized settings (like Night Mode preference, Animation toggles, and Visual options) are never lost during synchronization or database updates.
Normally, Anki note templates rely on JavaScript for settings, which can be reset when you switch devices or update your collection. Aurora Config Guard creates a persistent “bridge” between your Anki desktop app and the card’s code, ensuring your preferences are locked and loaded instantly every time you review.
