If you make cloze note with a basic note type, this addon will automatically change the note type for you.

Anki warned you that the cloze won’t work until you change the note type. You forgot, but you’re lucky. The basic note type magically changed to the cloze one.

This is my favorite add-on. It still works for me in .40. However, in .40 Anki now shows the little “Warning, cloze deletions will not work…” message every single time I create a cloze. I would appreciate if this add-on could stop these popups from appearing every time I hit shift+ctl+c. Thank you!!! Great add-on, I use it every day!!

Can we get the add on to also work the other way around, from CLOZE to BASIC. When we forget to add a close deletion the add-on automatically saves it as basic request.

Very handy use of Anki and I love the keyboard shortcuts. I am unsure, however, how to add an image to these cards. I have tried pasting from the clipboard and uploading an image, but the image does not show up when I am studying the material. Anyone know how to remedy this? I am a beginner at using Anki so it very well may be a simple fix

I had to update ANKI and change the names to Basic and Cloze (as I had it set as fill-in-the-blank), but it works fine now. Great add-on!

Works well, only issue it the warning sign still comes up say “warning your in wrong cards type”, however you can just ignore that because it still works. Thanks man, saved me a lot of time. Now im going to use it to study more efficiently so i can learn more to save more lives to make more money. Let the cycle begin.
