Mô tả chi tiết

A simple add-on that changes the function of the Hard button. When you click it, the card is marked as Again (failed) for accurate scheduling and then buried so it doesn’t reappear in your current session.

If you’re like me, and create flashcards for every piece of information, you may have complicated cards that require editing or other learning techniques. The bury button allows you to conveniently postpone a complicated card so you can focus on the straightforward flashcards.

How to use the Again and Bury Button:

Again: Failed the card - try again in 10 mins. Bury: Failed the card - try again tomorrow.

Note: This addon hasn’t undergone extensive testing, so I’d be happy to hear about your experiences in the comments. Please still use the button sparingly, you may wake up to a surprise the next day.

Known Issues:

Next scheduled date still shows as for the hard button - I suggest turning that off if it looks weird. Clicking undo first unburies it, then you have to click undo again to undo the answer button.

I’m no programmer but some updates you can expect include:

A separate button instead of completely replacing the hard button.

I think you should mimic the BURY button and not mark it as “failed” before burying it.

Based on your title, I “thought” you were just trying move the BURY function to a button; however, marking it “failed” as well makes it undesirable for me .

When I tried it, burying a card seemed to make all the card intervals go to 1 or 2 days regardless of the previous interval (in my case it might be 1 or 2 months). That is not beneficial for me.

If you don’t mind me asking, for what purpose did you
