🔁 Duplicate and Reorder là gì?

Duplicate and Reorder giúp bạn:

• Di chuyển (move) nhanh các note đã chọn lên/xuống trong deck,
• Nhân bản (duplicate) nhiều note và đặt bản sao ngay bên dưới bản gốc,
• Thực hiện toàn bộ thao tác bằng phím tắt trong Browser:
  • Alt + ↑ / Alt + ↓ – di chuyển note,
  • Alt + D – nhân bản note.

Phù hợp khi:

• Bạn muốn điều chỉnh thứ tự học (ví dụ gom nhóm theo chủ đề, mức độ),
• Cần tạo bản sao của một cụm thẻ để tuỳ biến biến thể (khác ví dụ, khác ngôn ngữ…),
• Không muốn thao tác thủ công kéo-thả từng note một.

Lưu ý quan trọng: addon chỉ hoạt động khi bạn đang sort theo cột “Created” trong Browser.

✨ Tính năng chi tiết

1. Move note(s) lên/xuống trong deck

Điều kiện:

• Trong Browser, bạn phải:
  • Đang xem một deck,
  • Đã sort bảng theo cột “Created”.

Cách dùng:

• Chọn một hoặc nhiều note trong Browser,
• Dùng:
  • Alt + ↑ – Di chuyển nhóm note lên trên,
  • Alt + ↓ – Di chuyển nhóm note xuống dưới.

Ứng dụng:

• Gom một nhóm thẻ mới tạo vào đúng vị trí mong muốn,
• Đưa note quan trọng lên trên/hạ xuống dưới trong “dòng thời gian” tạo thẻ,
• Kết hợp với các add-on khác (reposition, change creation time) cho workflow nâng cao.

2. Duplicate note(s) ngay dưới bản gốc

Vẫn trong Browser, khi sort theo “Created”:

• Chọn note (hoặc nhiều note),
• Bấm Alt + D:
  • Addon sẽ:
    • Nhân bản mỗi note,
    • Đặt note mới ngay dưới note gốc trong danh sách.

Hữu ích khi:

• Bạn muốn:
  • Giữ nguyên cấu trúc field, tag, card type…,
  • Nhưng sửa nội dung cho biến thể mới (ví dụ:
    • Từ cùng gốc, ví dụ mới,
    • Hai câu hỏi khác nhau trên cùng nền thông tin).

Cẩn thận với các addon dùng note ID (ví dụ Anki Note Linker):
khi reorder, Anki đổi ID → có thể ảnh hưởng tới link giữa note.

3. Tích hợp menu chuột phải & menu Browser

Ngoài phím tắt:

• Bạn có thể click chuột phải lên group note đã chọn,
• Hoặc dùng menu trên thanh Browser,
• Các lệnh move / duplicate đều có mặt ở đó,
• Hữu ích nếu bạn chưa quen phím tắt hoặc đang xem lại tính năng.

📥 Cách cài đặt Duplicate and Reorder

Cài tự động từ AnkiWeb

1. Mở Anki Desktop.
2. Vào Tools → Add-ons → Get Add-ons…
3. Nhập code: 1114271285
4. Bấm OK để tải addon.
5. Khởi động lại Anki.

Cài thủ công từ file .ankiaddon

1. Truy cập trang latest release trên GitLab:
   • https://gitlab.com/redgis/anki-addon-duplicate-and-reorder/-/releases/
2. Tải file duplicate_and_reorder.ankiaddon.
3. Trong Anki:
   • Tools → Add-ons → Install from file…
   • Chọn file .ankiaddon vừa tải.
4. Restart Anki để addon hoạt động.

⚠️ Lưu ý quan trọng

1. Phải sort theo “Created” thì addon mới hoạt động

Rất nhiều người report “nút bị mờ / không dùng được”, nguyên nhân chung là:

• Bạn không sort Browser theo cột “Created”.

Cách sửa:

1. Mở Browser.
2. Bấm vào tiêu đề cột “Created” để sort.
3. Kiểm tra lại:
   • Option trong menu,
   • Hoặc phím tắt Alt + Up/Down/D đã hoạt động chưa.

2. Tương tác với note ID và các addon khác

• Duplicate and Reorder thay đổi note ID khi reorder,
• Nếu bạn dùng addon:
  • Anki Note Linker,
  • Hoặc bất cứ thứ gì dựa vào note ID cố định,
• Thì việc reorder có thể:
  • Làm “đứt” liên kết giữa các note,
  • Bạn cần cân nhắc chiến lược sắp xếp / linking phù hợp.

3. Rủi ro lỗi / mất dữ liệu trong một số bản Anki

• Một vài review báo:
  • Lỗi làm hỏng card / deck ở các bản Anki nhất định (ví dụ 2.1.56, 2.1.57),
  • Tác giả đã fix sau khi được báo trên GitLab.

Khuyến nghị:

• Luôn bật auto-backup của Anki, hoặc:
  • Tạo backup thủ công trước khi reorder/duplicate số lượng lớn.
• Khi gặp lỗi:
  • Đọc phần hướng dẫn và issues trong GitLab project,
  • Báo bug ở đúng nơi (GitLab) để tác giả kịp xử lý.

Very useful if you’re not doing anything else with note id. Can’t be used with Anki Note Linker. When you reorder notes it changes the note id, so if you have links between notes it will mess them up. A very good plug-in, it helps me a lot, but when I have 100 cards, it is very troublesome to move the last 50 cards to the front. Is there any good way to solve it? Comment from author Hi, thanks. Buttons greyed out. Removed all other Add-ons and still greyed out. Hope this can get fixed because this would be really useful to have :) Thanks for putting in the work to create this!

I noticed that in the update notes, there is a “duplicate cards with original schedule” feature added two years ago, but how do I access the feature? In the Anki browser, under the “Notes” dropdown menu, I only see “duplicate”, but no option for “duplicate with the original schedule”
