I added this feature to anki’s code. The add-on became useless in 2.1.20. Thanks for the thousands of download. It remains here only for people who does not update anki regularly.
Allow you to select cards in the browser and export them.
WARNING: A previous version of the add-on exported all decks. If you used this add-on before 2020-feb-02 then the .apkg files you shared contains your entire list of decks, even when they were not imported.

Exports my entire deck everytime? Comment from author Can you please makes a bug report on github and explain what step you followed. No one else reported this bug and there were a thousand of download of it. So i’m quite surprised

Works perfectly as expected, except it seems to conflict with the “Special Fields” add-on made by The AnKing. Not sure why, but disabling that add on makes this one work. Otherwise, exporting selected will cause this add-on to export my entire collection of cards. Comment from author Thanks for letting me know.
I must admit that i won’t correct that.
I guess the main problem is simply that we both chane the way export occurs, and there is no reason for both change to be compatible, if not by
