Worked well, but I had to make some standard modifications to remove Qt5 dependencies, to make it work with Qt6 and the latest Anki 23.10+. I did a pull request on your Github.

Thank you for the update. Just to let you know, we are possibly experiencing the same issue as described on the following page regarding the add-on update in Anki. Great add-on—fixes a major gap in Anki’s card/template editor. This functionality should be built in.
One suggestion: consider a name change. I think this add-on would be much more popular if people knew it existed. I spent a long while searching for “find replace anki card html” and stuff like that but never thought to include “template” in the search term. I realize “template” is the official Anki name for card types and the docs have a whole chapter on “card templates,” but when you’re in
