Inspector in a new window (mizmu_addons)

A fork of the {AnkiWebView Inspector} which allows you to open the inspector in a separate window. Helping to:

• Development in html other than the main window
• Allows you to open several inspectors at the same time
• The inspector can be increased and decreased easily as needed
• remembers the last size of the window for the next opening (similar to the browser and editor windows)
