Anki add-on for importing Kindle highlights.
Usage Choose “Import Kindle highlights…” from the “Tools” menu. Then select a file to import:
You can import the “My Clippings.txt” that is stored on the Kindle device You can import HTML files as exported from the Kindle mobile app Configuration You can configure the add-on by choosing “Add-ons” from the “Tools” menu, selecting the add-on and then clicking the “Config” button.

It seems like the HTML parser is outdated. Needs updated to match Kindle formating.

Doesn’t work on importing the html files generated from exporting from the kindle mobile app. I’m on Anki 2.1.15

Works well on 2.1.15, which is the latest version right now.
My highlights/cards are mostly single-word vocab without cloze deletions/substitutions, so after I imported, I changed the note type from Cloze to Basic.
For Kindle mobile apps, accept the default export settings (export to Email, citation style None).
