Simple add-on for looking up selected words in OSX’s dictionary when reviewing a card in Anki.
When reviewing a card, select the word you would like to look up, right click and select ”Lookup <Your Word>” — OSX’s dictionary app will be launched with the definition of your word if available.

Hi guys, you can put a hyperlink in your cards with this code if you want to search words by just one mouse click in your Mac OSX local dictionary. “XXXX” should be replaced with the field(word)

This extension solves the issue of “looking up” on Mac, but I don’t understand why this problem should be fixed with the extension. It’s the embedded Mac OSX function to have this ‘lookup’ feature, which for some reason was disabled (or not included?) in the core implementation.
