Adds a button and hotkey to the editor that allows you to remove clozes from any selected text. The hotkey is set to Ctrl+Shift+Alt+R by default, but can be customized through the config button under Tools → Add-ons.
Extracted from Cloze Overlapper to bridge the gap until I find the the time to finalize its next release. (Believe me, the button looks & works much nicer there with its proper icon, etc.)

Doesn’t work right if you have ClozeOverlapper. You have to disable that first for it to work.

Ctrl+Shift+Alt+R works fine; the button however removes the whole selected text.
