This is an add-on that automatically highlights text in order when you start a the review, making long sentences easier to read.
📖 How to use :
It auto highlights the text in order when you start the review. You can adjust the speed with the controller. The window can be hidden with the menu option. —>
🗒️Notes :
You cannot type, select text, or scroll while auto highlighting is active. Yellow highlighting cannot be hidden. Word highlighting is supported in English and Japanese.

Cool Addon. Wish I could get rid of the yellow highlight! only the orange one is useful. I would also like to make it so it only highlights the words on the card itself for cards with a lot of tags it spends time highlighting those too. Comment from author Hi thanks for the feedback! :D The yellow highlight could not be removed with the current mechanism, but I think it is technically possible to remove it. Excluding tags is a good idea. I’ll look into them again.

Is there a way for the highlighter to only move progressively through the text without also highlighting everything else that is similar within the text? For instance, when it gets to the first “the” in a sentence, could you make it so that it doesn’t also highlight all the other “the”s in the text? Comment from author Hello thanks for using this add-on. I wanted that too, but with the current system it was difficult, so I will try to find another workaround.
