This add-on allow you to ensure that some cards have action to some other card. So for example, card 3 would be visible only when card 2 is mature; and card 2 would be suspended when card 3 becomes mature. All explanations are on https://github.com/Arthur-Milchior/anki-trigger-action-on-note.

I tried to use it, but was not able to get it working. That’s a pity, because I need such addon. This addon is essential to my workflow but unfortunately doesn’t work on Anki v23.10 or later (error saying No module named ‘PyQt5’), so I switched back to Anki v2.1.66.

JSON seemed daunting, but what I guess is the most common use case (one direction in a card depending on the maturity of the other direction) is very easy to implement with some changes in the examples for German/English.
