so with the new anki patch we only have to go to anki without the add on and go to “set due date” setting on card and choose some days earlier to make cards ahead? Comment from author Yep.

Well, I don’t know the details, I’m still on 2.0. But the general principle is the same. You could always play around with it on a new profile or use undo or restore from backup. It’ll take some time before the manual and tutorials are up to date.

Big fan of this add on. I don’t think it has been fully incorporated into the Anki update though. It’s the only add on that allows you to individually change the ease factor for cards as you’re reviewing them. An update would be very appreciated. This is finally what I’ve been looking for: I don’t want to update anki but still want to push well known cards waay into the future.
Only thing I’m missing:
Automatic mode not just for sibblings but for the first card, just pressing the hotkey should reschedule the card with the default value without a dialog. I’m using an xbox 360 controller for reviews and don’t want to press “Enter” on the keyboard every time I’m rescheduling ;) Hope this could be still added?! Comment from author You can

Anki 2.1.46 - still works if all you want is to be able to reschedule while doing reviews.
When you open Anki it may say it’s not compatible, but I’ve had no issues so far.

Hey, this Add-on is a present from god. Does “fuzz_days: false” also disable fuzz in cards that I rate normally, or do I need those other add ons for that? If so, can you tell me where to get noFuzzWhatsoever or De-Fuzz?
I can’t seem to find those add ons on the add-on page or google and i really need them. Comment from author Config options are specific to the addon unless specified in the documentation. You do not need other addons for fuzz_days.

👍Seems to still work alongside the “set due date” feature on 2.1.44 if you don’t like how the new “set due date” function adds “manual” to your card info history (for people with overdue cards on most days this new feature in 2.1.44 might after a little while create an unorganized card history with like 50 “manual” labels and like 5 “review”/“learn”/“relearn” labels) Comment from author The enhanced browser features might not work. I just discovered this gem. this is amazing!!!!! say, is there anyway i can set the number of cards for each incremental step when repositioning? I usually use “randomize order” to reposition large number of cards, but it shuffles the order in which the cards were created.
Reply: is there a way to do it manually though? sorry for being stubborn😅 , I just really want to reschedule my new cards in order so that i can preschedule the amount/kind of material I’m learning in a particular month (

At first, the amount of options seemed a bit daunting to me. In fact however, it’s quite simple to use.
edit 2020-02-04: What do fuzz_days and fuzz_due do exactly? What is the difference between the two? I do use DeFuzz and Load Balancer.

Thanks for the very helpful add-on! It really helps me postponing incremental writing cards of my 420 page novel into the far future, hopefully leading to an integer overflow, so that eventually the novel will have already been written in the past!
