EKG Battle (ECG Battle) is a social, competitive EKG study app with over 20,000 cardiologist-verified EKGs with analysis and explanations available for each one of them. You can study 20,000-plus EKGs and add them to an Anki deck easily for later review. You can play alone or against others to diagnose EKGs correctly - players are ranked on international high scores using the Elo skill rating system. Physicians can get verified as Verified Physicians to provide extra analysis and discussion for EKGs. You can also chat with other players and Verified Physicians to learn from the best! EKG Battle features a full dedicated forums that allow for detailed discussions about EKGs.
EKG Battle is also available on Apple App Store for iPhone, Google Play store for Android, and on the web. When used as an Anki addon, EKG Battle integrates with Anki to allow you to add EKGs to a deck for review. Your account is shared between all of these apps, so you can feel to access EKG Battle through any means: iPhone, Android, web browser, or inside Anki.

This is mainly a review for the website, as I couldn’t get the add-on to work for me. It redirects me to a tab in my browser instead of letting me log in in Anki. The website is amazing though! Exactly what I’d been missing in working on my EKG skills: DRILLING!!! There are many, MANY, challenging and instructive cases on there and the Elo system is just perfect. Love it. Hope to see more projects like this for developing other similar interpretive skills like X-rays, CTs, etc. in the future. Co

I’ve tested this addon a bit and already love it!! I think this has enormous potential to be a very useful tool for studying EKGs, and the fact that it’s both a website AND an Anki addon is even cooler!
Really is a shame that this addon got two thumbs-down ratings this early on, because they are completely undeserved imo. The negative ratings are complaining that the addon only allows 3 EKG test questions per day, but even that is still quite helpful for a free addon, and the author has replied

You have to pay $9.99 for unlimited ECG reviews; otherwise, you’re stuck with just three ECG reviews per day, which is ridiculous. Guess I’ll stick to my trusty old Google image search instead, lol. Also, your review is misleading, the free tier is quite generous and the basic plan at 99 cents per month, which is very generous, won’t even allow me to break even on server costs.
