Add a button to quickly freeze and unfreeze fields; i.e. deciding whether its content should be kept or not when a note is added.
This is a fork of Glutanimate’s Frozen-Field. The main difference is that this fork is compatible with other add-ons, such as “multi-column editor”, “latex/mathjax in editor”.

Fix a small issue with the latest changes (thanks to Arthur)
But I guess so because the new Frozen-field is newer than 2.1.1 of the old one, and because Arthur was involved in both.
