Automatically rebuild filtered deck

adds “Rebuild All” and “Empty All” buttons to the bottom of the main screen, to rebuild or empty all filtered decks at once. Also add a configuration to automatically update the decks every n seconds.

“Rebuild All” and “Empty All” work great. I can’t get the automatic rebuild to work no matter what I do or what number of seconds I put.
