In response to the previous review: Many mice have a function where you can program buttons to do keystrokes. These can be tailored to specific apps. For example, I have it programmed so that left-click is space bar, right-click is 1 for hard, middle button is 3 for easy, etc..

For me it works as advertised. I just have to enable it in the menu of the main window with View->mouse->Mouse Wheel.
Fascinating idea. My mouse wheel can also be used for horizontal (left/right) scrolling. It would be perfect if I could fail a card with “left scroll” and rate as “easy” with “right scroll”.
