This addon allows the user to specify multiple independent {{type:}} fields on one card. It is a port of the Anki 2.0 Addon Multiple type fields on card. All credit goes to the author of that package.

This Addon is probably incompatible with a lot of other Addons, as it still Monkey-Patches a few functions directly instead of using hooks. If you want to help improve the code or found a bug or incompatibility, create an Issue on the GitHub page of the Addon or message me directly at henryrubenfischer@gmail.com. Starting with Anki 2.1.55, there will be a slight change in the Reviewer component of Anki, which will mean you will have to update this Addon.

It’s perfect, the only problem is that is not compatible with “Fill the blanks - Multiple type:cloze support” it crashes when both addons are enabled so I have to switch between both addons.
