For medical students; quick fix that will look ugly but it’s functional with amboss and anking cards 🙏Please make choosing the corner a feature. I’m too bad at coding and too busy with medical school right now to do it properly. Go to view file src > gui.py Change this function (make sure you use a text editor that won’t fuck up the whitespace, it may not copy paste correctly so you’ll have to format it yourself):

Unfortunately it does not work together with Amboss-Add-On. (I don’t know why? Probably because it stands exactly over the Amboss-Field…therefore it would be helpful if there is a possibility to change the position of de Pomodium-Counter) If you fix this, I will come back :)

Simple and effective. Just what I was looking for. The bar at the bottom is also a good visual representation of the time left. One of the best addons I have installed

It doesn’t work automatically when you open the deck to study. You have to manually start and pause the timer. What’s the point of having this inside Anki? Any external app can do that. If it’s going to be inside Anki, then it has to work in sync with how Anki is actually used.

Great addon, but the current layout conflicts with the Amboss addon, so it’s tough for medical students to use it. If there was a config that let you move the timer, or if the timer was a floating window and could be moved around freely, that’d be perfect!

Very nice addon but I would also agree that it conflicts with the AMBOSS add-on, preventing both from being used simultaneously. Aside from this compatibility issue, it’s a great add-on and highly recommended.

Very good and functional. However, it would be nice if you could implement support for the AMBOSS Add-on, as the Pomodoro interface overlaps with an important button, making it difficult to use. I would greatly appreciate it if this could be fixed.

This is the best ever add on I have ever used very helpful and effective what I just want is the ability to add daily tasks like I want to study every day anatomy and physiology where each task repeats every day as a new task also showing statistics about how many days was this task completed and so on like a habit tracker keep on the good work developer. Amazing I like how you can remove the timer from being seen when doing cards but what I wish I knew is how to remove everything including how many minutes I have done and the other stuff found below the timer ******* UPDATE ! First of all sorry for the negative review, I actually think this addon is a good one, however there doesn’t seem to be any other place to report bugs, so I do it here in the hope that it will get noticed. It works overall, especially the timer, but when adding items to the todo-list, a new item is indeed added to the list but it appears empty. When reloading Anki the list is then displayed properly with the new item. Also when using the sorting by priority function, an error occurs : File todo

I love the Timer but I’m having problems with the to-do list. I simply can’t add any tasks or rather they aren’t displayed correctly (just empty boxes). It would be great if anyone could help me with this issue.

Der Timer funktioniert und Timer + Pausenzeiten lassen sich problemlos individuell anpassen. Die To do Liste empfinde ich als sehr gute Idee, die Umsetzung funktioniert aber noch nicht 100% (Windowsnutzer; wenn ich einen Tp-Do-Punkt eingebe, erscheint nur ein graues Kästchen ohne Text. Wenn ich Anki neustarte ist der Text der To-Do-Liste dann jedoch sichtbar.) Jetzt kommt leider ein dickes ABER: Ich nutze Anki v.a. für das Medizinstudium. only giving it thumbs down to get the developer attention to ask for what others have been asking for a long time: Options as to where the timer is displayed (right/left/top/bottom); Specifically for when reviewing cards so that it does not block the card content. Nice add-on. Its clean and sleek. Positive review because the timer works as shown. However, the task list seems to be broken on macOS (sequoia) as others have stated. One feature I would suggest is adding a more visual timer like a stop watch.

Good addon. Just some suggestions below that would be helpful:
- Options as to where the timer is displayed (right/left/top/bottom); Specifically for when reviewing cards so that it does not block the card content.
- Option to turn the progress bar on/off (for people like me who have another progress bar addon configured already)
- For MacOS, the to-do list doesn’t seem to work
- For MacOS, the button icons when trying to add a to-do list are not visible (e.g., Icon that appears as a red dot in

this is such a great solution to so many problems i have! I have downloaded it for desktop but i see it might not be working for ipad. would be awesome if that was possible in the future. Being able to move the timer display would also be great. Overall, NICE!

Hi! Thanks for making this, so far, I was using it when the timer used to show up on top right. I’ve updated my anki to the newest version, and for some reason, I no longer see the timer once I start doing my flashcards. IDK if it’s a bug

Great add-on, thought through design and works perfectly. It would be even better if there was a feature that summarizes the amount of minutes learned that day. Comment from author I am actually working to implement this feature right now , it will be on Pomodium in the next weeks
