Adds an action to the Cards menu in the browse screen to delete the review history of selected cards. Useful if someone has shared a deck with you and forgotten to exclude scheduling information when they exported it.

Doesn’t work (2.1.66). Selected all cards, chose “Remove Card History” from the cards menu, and nothing changed. Still shows all of the reviews, hourly breakdown, answer buttons, etc for all cards in the collection, out to over 700 days in the past.

This add on is amazing. I’m honestly shocked being able to remove card history isn’t a built in feature of Anki.
As you do Anki reviews, Anki constantly is recording that data. That means every day Anki’s collection size will gradually go up. After several years of Anki, the review logs can be very large - like 50+ mb in my case. Being able to clean this up is hugely important to not hit Anki’s 250 mb sync file limit.

I cannot thank you enough for this addon.
I accidentally answered with a wrong button (pressed 1 (again) instead of 4 (easy)). I noticed this far too late and I didn’t want to lose all my other reviews on other cards until the time of my noticing and I used this solution:
Make a backup of your account and save it safely Switch to another previous backup where you didn’t answer incorrectly for your card. Export this earlier backup (by saving the reviews earlier of course) Go to your first back

You beautiful soul this addon is everything I ever wanted. I may be exaggerating a little but that’s because anki was pissing me off like no application ever should and this addon saved me. I currently have 18 awesome addons installed but yours was the first one that prompted me to rate and write a review. Thank you so much cheers. After having removed the history of one card, the number of lapses is unchanged. The history of the reviews is indeed deleted but how can I set the number of lapses to zero?
