This add-on is designed to search directly from the editor area, that is particularly useful to quickly find duplicates of the added note or synonyms and homonyms of the added word.
After installing you will find the ‘S’ button in the editor tool bar. When you press it the entire contents of the active field (or its highlighted part) will be sent to search box of the Anki browser. The search query looks like: “<field name:><field content>” or “<field name:><highlighted part>”
Push the button while holding the ‘Shift’ if you want to search without specifying the field name.

Very nice.
guys, if you use it with mac, i recommend to go to add on file → selct ~.py file → change hotkey to “ctrl + F” then, command + F will work as shortcut without problem with cloze.
