In the browser I see all the latex code and not the output, it is not clear how this addon works.

fractions dont show in the editor. they only show “1 2” when you type in (\frac{1}{2})

Works great, but if you add “model[“latexsvg”] = True;” to the source file init.py at line 13. in the texify method, it will render the output as SVG, which will make everything much crisper.

There are issues because because it uses Mathjax v2 Anki now uses v3.
I did patch it for my own use by adding v2 sources with it.
I sent a pull request to the author as a temporary fix until it could be rewritten for v3 (requires big changes).
However, recently I have had issues with other plugins so stopped using it, in the hope it gets fixed properly some time.

Thanks for the great add-on!
Lately the pictures stopped convert back to text when I return to the field with Latex, and this prevents editing the text.
Re-installing the add-on many times didn’t help.
Is there a known solution?

Very helpful.
The description is not clear, you might add:
“Click on the field to see the MathJax formula, click on another field to see the result”.
