Clear all fields

Adds the following functions to the add dialog:

clear all fields (CTRL+1) clear all field and tags (CTRL+2) undo clear all fields (and tags) (CTRL+3) remove stickiness of all fields (SHIFT+F9)

The button icons and shortkeys can be configured in the addon options.

Really lovely! Its great when making several cards with frozen fields, then wanting to quickly start with new fields without unselecting frozen fields or deleting the content.
