This file is a repackaged version of “Replay Animated Gifs (on click)” so that it works on version 2.1 of Anki. Thank you to the original contributor - whoever you are.
Does what it says in the title. When viewing an answer it can be helpful to be able to replay an animated gif. For example I am using cards with animation of the stroke order for Chinese characters. If I am not paying attention the animation has played and without this addon there is no way to replay it.
When the addon is installed, mousing over an animated gif the pointer will change and clicking will cause the gif to replay.
Let me know if you have problems, but as I have only repackaged for Anki 2.1, I do not have a deep understanding of the application.

Sorry mate, after installing, I can’t go into any decds on the main Anki page. On the Mac client. There was no “Contact Author” button on the plugin page either.
