I think for english learning, making yourself involved in the context is the best and fast way. Thus I introduce the context from 91dict and add oxford dictionary, otherwise, I use html tag to control the audio.And as we know in China the sync speed is slow, the I use https://sm.ms to store the image, the 4 key function are:
Enable to master the original meaning: add definition of new oxford dictionary from https://www.lexico.com/ Enable to master the context: add context (image, sentence, audio) from https://91dict.com/ Enable to control the speed of audio : add customized audio tag to control the speed of mp3 Fast syncing speed: auto upload image to https://sm.ms when you paste the image

How To Use:

select the word and click the button
you will get

image paste, because the upload speed of sm.ms maybe not fast, you will wait for 2-3 seconds

Great idea and Add-on, but I have issues with clipboard during usining the addon. Copy - Paste function doesn’t work in Anki then addon is turned on.
