Quick Start
Install the plugin Restart Anki Go to a carddeck, which should be exported Select Tools->Export to papercards Print the exported file. Requirements Anki in version 2.1.x or higher Google Chrome or similiar browser installed Configuration Paper format Number of cards, you wish to display on a sheet Output path Open Anki’s menu Tools->Add-ons Select Add-on Papercards Click on Config button on the right side Read and scroll through the infobox at the top part for available options Change the desired JSON value. Issues Cannot find command wkhtmltopdf Please update the plugin. Dependency to Wkhtmltopdf is removed and you don’t need it anymore. Latex formulas are not displayed correctly If possible switch to MathJax formulas. Please use the review section only for feedback. I cannot give you any response here. Very cool. If you don’t want to print, email LMFlashcardPrinting@gmail.com and they print on 110lb card stock, front and back, using a black-and-white laser printer, and cards are cut and shipped the same day. Email them for more details!

Anki crashes every time I click on “Export to Papercards”. I don’t know if it got stuck or is just extremely slow but in either case, it doesn’t work. My stack has around 7000 cards but I never got to choose which stack I want to export or how many cards, etc.

This is one of the best addons I have ever used. I thank you very very much for making it, and I implore you to keep supporting it for future Anki versions. However, it would be extremely useful if there was an option to align the text to the centre (as I currently have to manually align each card in the editor which takes a very long time), so please would you look into adding that in? Wonderful program! When I print out the flash cards (5 rows and 2 columns), I can take about 25 flashcards and “fan” then out on the side. Then I can flip through these cards as fast as I want if I can recall the words (I don’t use pictures - just for a foreign language). If I don’t recall the correct translation, I just look on the back side as the card is flipped. I can usually see at least one card per second and this is much faster than Anki on a computer. Works wel.. But had to change code to fix missing image files. In Papercards.py, I removed the staticness of replace_image,source, and changed the first two lines to:

The add-on provided some level of functionality, although I needed to manually adjust the HTML output to achieve the desired outcome. For individuals experiencing frustration due to images not displaying, there is a potential solution: (1) Duplicate and paste the “collection.media” folder (located in AppData\Roaming\Anki2[Your Username]\collection.media in my case).
