This plugin basically merged the functionality of Pass/Fail Review: Automatic difficulty rating based on answer time (beta ver.) by doubleworker, with Review Hotmouse by BlueGreenMagick. So now it supports time-based automatic scoring. The smart scoring is enabled by default. I created this add-on to procrastinate before reviewing 700 piled-up cards :(
This is my first published add-on, but I can’t call it mine; I couldn’t have done it without the great work of the creators mentioned and all the creators who inspired the mentioned projects. Man, isn’t this open-source community great?
This is a vibe-coded project developed and tested in version 25.02 (038d85b1). But you can test your versions anyway, it’s probably downward compatible for 2.1.28+ (as told by ai). Under MIT license, of course. It’s compatible with Color Confirmation. I also modified the action name or debug message so you can see the resulting rating input. It should be compatible with the original Pass/Fail Review add-on, so you can use both the space bar and mouse for the smart key function, but you might have to disable the old Review Hotmouse add-on.

Hey, this is great. It would be awesome if you tried it with FSRS. Rate cards only Again/Good and modify to Hard/Easy based on times. That was an idea we had in the forums but it’s not doable in Anki. It’ll be interesting to see how the users’ collection perform in benchmarks.

The addon is great my suggestion is to add FSRS support, by that you should be only using again and good buttons and disable the rest
