Study Planner helps you catch up when you’re behind by calculating a realistic daily plan for each deck. This also can be used to work through a deck of new cards that you want to finish by a certain date.
Set a target date, choose the decks you want to include, and Study Planner will:
calculate how many reviews and new cards to do per day include overdue reviews, cards due today, and learning cards in your daily total let you adjust intensity (very aggressive / moderate / minimum) allow extra cards today for days you have more time show a simulation before applying changes It also supports deck hierarchies (parent/subdecks) with a clean, collapsible deck picker.
How it works
Reviews/day = cards due today + overdue backlog spread across remaining days (scaled by aggressiveness) New/day = total new cards ÷ days remaining (scaled) Learning cards due today are shown in the summary so you can see your total workload Important note If multiple decks share the same preset, changing limits affects all of them. Study Planner can automatically create unique presets the first time you apply settings so each deck is independent. Each day you can recalculate the amount of cards needed for the decks you have selected. To find the addon go to Tools -> Study Planner

i’ve been looking for an add-on like this forever, but whenever i try to open the settings an error message appears, saying that anki encountered a problem. i’ve tried restarting anki many times, trying on different profiles… nothing helps unfortunately i’m using the onigiri add-on though, it may be because of that.
